Using my Get P.A.I.D. System, we will explore the life you want to live, the way your  business is working now, any financial leaks and fix it and set it up so the business actually the way you want it to, not the other way round.

Profit. Knowing exactly what's left over after expenses so you can feel capable in your business again instead of anxious. Because let's be honest, we all track revenue but when it comes to expenses, we shut down, close our eyes, and hit buy without looking. We'll change that. You'll know where your money goes, feel in control, and actually plan that guilt-free holiday with your* mates. 

Awareness. Understanding how your brain works so you can actually see your business for what it is - a golden cage where you've traded the rat race of corporate for shackles of your own making. Instead, we'll explore how *you* work and fit your business around *you*, not the other way around. 

Income. Making sure you get paid consistently so you don't wake up at 3am in a panic because you forgot to pay your VA or that tax bill and now don't know how to get the money back in. Instead, we put a system in place so you have money set aside for the things you've planned, for the unforeseen costs (because let's be honest, there's always something in life AND business), and for the life you actually want to live. 

Decisions. No more pivoting your offer, changing your pricing, or launching something new based on a gut feeling and then panicking you got it wrong. Instead, you've got actual proof in your numbers, so you can make moves with confidence and stop second-guessing yourself.

What's included in the programme?

I send you a pre-questionnaire and as a Chartered Management Accountant, am obligated to do some anti-money laundering checks - but don't worry, your data is secure and it's just to establish I am dealing with a real person and there are no other risks I need to be aware of (you would likely already be aware if this was the case). 

We then dive right in - a 90-minute session where we go through the information you have provided, your zone of genius and passion and how you really want your business and life to look like.

After the initial session, we will meet monthly for 45-50 minutes, first filling any gaps that you might have when it comes to business finances and then to use the tools I provide to build a solid strategy for you.

I will help you design new offers, redesign old, look at any opportunities to save or increase your revenue and most of all, build the business so it runs on your terms and works for your brain.

Inbetween our sessions, you get text and voicenote support via Whatsapp, Telegram or Signal, whenever you need me and whatever works best for your brain.

Option 1 - Monthly: There is a monthly investment of £1,500 with a minimum term of 6 months to ensure the process changes get embedded into your business properly and make a lasting impact. After the initial period, the contract can be cancelled on a monthly basis. More details are in the T&Cs.

Option 2 - Premium: you want results YESTERDAY. We do all the work in one month, a 90 minute call, I audit your business and build your reporting and dashboards with any queries being answered via messaging and we have a 45 minute debrief at the end. This is an all inclusive package for £5,000 with the option to move to a rolling monthly contract at a reduced rate after. More detals are in the T&Cs.

All my methods keep in mind that our brains are all different and we will build a business that fully works around your brain and situation. Because profit does not have to come with burnout or masking. And my goal is to help you make your business really yours, not another copy of the corporate world you escaped or managed to avoid.
