Hello there! You are in good company. I'm diagnosed both autistic and ADHD, am a parent of neurodivergent kids and my husband is also neurodivergent (as are most of my friends). In fact, I started my business to help more people like us - where the brain ticks a bit differently and the standard advice just doesn't cut it!
What Happens Once I Sign Up?
As I am a Member in Practice with the Chartered Institute of Management Accounts, it is important to get the compliance part out of the way first.
I use Xama as a company to verify your identity and to ensure I adhere to anti-money laundering (AML) regulation.
It will take you a few minutes and I should get the ok from Xama within 24 hours usually. Once this is all out of the way, I can start the deep-dive into your business! For this, I will send you a short questionnaire over once your AML check is completed and request any data.
What Information Do You Require?
This is totally up to you!
I can help you best if I have access to as much as possible - your transactions and any outstanding invoices if you are aware of them that you either need to pay or your clients still need to pay - so I can provide you with an accurate picture.
If you want to share further information about your goals (I ask in the questionnaire you are sent), I can also review this.
I Am Not Comfortable Sharing My Account Information
I totally get this!
I am a Chartered Management Accountant and as such, adhere to a strict code of conduct and ethics, just like any other accountant. You can provide me accounts access if this is easier or simply share CSV or Excel downloads from your accounts with me.

Are There Any Restrictions?
Yes, there are some restrictions. This service is for Limited Companies or sole traders. Should you have a different company setup, please book in a call and I am happy to advise on suitable alternative options or do a bespoke proposal.
Keep More Of Your Money includes me reviewing your transactions up to a limit of 2,500 transactions over the past 18 months and a maximum of 3 separate bank accounts. Should you have a more complex setup, please either book in a call or contact me through the contact option on my website, I would still love to help you.
This offer is limited in the time I will spend on your accounts at a maximum of 15 hours. Should you require a detailed dive into your financials, please let me know and I am happy to discuss your requirements.
What Is Included?
I will provide you with a short questionnaire around your business, goals and current setup.
I will then review your business transactions for the past 18 months (as per restrictions on the previous question) and provide you with:
- a cashflow forecast for the next year
- any obvious financial risks identified in your business the way you are currently set up
- quick wins - any identified money leaks, cashflow concerns or where you are leaving money on the table
- future-readiness overview - how well are you prepared to deal with the unexpected such as sickness or caring responsibilities? How easy can you take time out of your business for a holiday or pay large unexpected (or even expected) bills? Are you set up for the future, i.e. saving for retirement or have a plan in place for business growth or even an exit?
I Already Have An Accountant
That's wonderful! While I am a Chartered Management Accountant, I do not offer typical accounting services such as tax submissions. Rather, I specialise in helping business owners keep more of their hard-earned money and use the existing data to plan their business growth. Planning and Strategy are my favourite business words!
